Carr Real Estate Group I've been the owner/operator of Carr Real Estate Group since 2017 while actively managing Carr's Contracting & Services. Utilizing the plumbing & electrical trades over the past 16 years is what sets me apart from other real estate agents, along with understanding the Capital Region real estate market. I know what to look for when it comes to those large expensive items in a home such as your home's roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, Decks, and NYS building code regulations, etc. I'm able to competently answer any question or a concern a customer may have while walking through a home of interest. At a very young age, I became involved in real estate by working summers with my uncle rehabbing multi-family properties. I spent my summers learning a lot about the inner workings of all types of properties. As the years have gone by, I began to get more involved in buying multi-family properties of my own. I took an interest in homes that were foreclosures or bank-owned, rehabbing them myself and turning them into investment properties. In June 2005, I became a licensed real estate agent. I've spent the last 15 years buying and selling properties throughout the Capital Region. Finally, in 2017, I created my own brokerage firm, Carr Real Estate Group Llc. To further educate myself and add to my passion for real estate, Over the course of 15 years, I worked to meet the requirements needed to receive a master electrician license and a master plumber license both licenses received in 2013. I used these trades daily doing work through my sister company, Carr's Contracting & Services.
